Onboarding and Shipping Information

You will be billed on the 15th of the month
Your Light Box will ship between the 15th and the 20th

Depending on when you sign up for Light Box you can expect to receive your first box 2-6 weeks after purchase. 

If you sign up after the 5th of the month your box will be shipped the following month. 

For example:

If you order on May 7th you will receive your first box June 15th and then be billed on the 15th of each month. 

If you order on May 1st you will receive your first box May 15th and then be billed on the 15th of each month. 

If you order on May 20th you will receive your first box June 15th and then be billed on the 15th of each month.
