RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@audandel.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

All of our products are made in central Massachusetts. We source high quality ingredients as locally as possible. Our soy is grown in the USA and all of our packaging is also made in the USA.

Our pure essential oil candles are made from 2 simple ingredients. Soy wax and pure, therapudic grade essential oils. These candles are top of the line candles that you will not find in a big box store! They are excellent for anyone with allergies or scented oil sensitivities.

Our other oils are a mix of essential oils but not all of them are therapeutic grade. So while they are distilled from the lavender plant for example, they are distilled from the stem or leaf which is less expensive and not as potent as being distilled from the flower.  A select few of the oils I use are mixed with other natural or synthetic materials to enhance them, that being said they all go through a rigorous process to ensure they are free from all of the hazardous chemicals typically found in candles.

You may already be familiar with our exclusion of phthalates, but we also exclude materials with similar health concerns, including those on California’s Prop 65 list. Materials known to be carcinogens in California aren’t any safer elsewhere!

There are 5 main hazard groups that we don't allow:

✖ Carcinogens: These are materials known or thought to cause cancer. 

✖ Mutagens: Materials that change the DNA of a cell, harming the cell and causing diseases like cancer. 

✖ Reproductive toxins: Toxins that adversely affect reproductive organs and increase the risk of birth defects. 

✖ Organ toxins: These are toxins that can cause adverse effects or disease within specific bodily organs. 

✖ Acute toxins: Toxins that can cause adverse effects from a single exposure. Generally, this would be accidental exposure like spillage or ingestion. 

We have always been committed ingredient transparency and to having the safest, highest quality, most thoroughly tested oil line in our industry.

The burn time varies per size but you can expect approximately:

40-50 hrs per 8oz

80-100 hrs per 16oz

We recommend burning your candles within a year to maximize performance. We do not use any preservatives.
